Metal Mesh Pre-filter (Wire Mesh Demister / Gas Liquid Separation Mesh) is fabricated by multi-layer woven metal wire mesh. It features high temperature resistance, good corrosion resistance and fully washable for repeated use. It works for two main applications:
Air prefiltration in HVAC & ventilation systems to trap coarse dust and debris.
Gas-liquid separation and mist elimination, capturing liquid droplets inside chemical towers, cooling towers and oil-water separation equipment

Usage and application:
coarse dust and foreign matter filtration, pre-filtration for commercial and industrial ventilation systems and air conditioning systems.
1. Pre-filtration for clean room fresh air conditioning systems, fresh air units, air outlets and other occasions where air contacts with the outside world.
2. Primary filtration for central air conditioning systems.
3. Pre-filtration for air purification equipment inlet.
4. First-stage filtration in filtration systems.
5. Pre-filtration for ventilation systems in outdoor harsh environments.
6. Pre-filtration for ventilation systems with high fire protection requirements and high temperature environments.
