Basic Information:
The spray dust is blown under low pressure into the intricate system, which consists of edges and openings, to achieve the adsorption effect. By expanding the adsorption surface, permutation and combination of different path structures and the utilization of centrifugal force, the system has subversive adsorption capacity.
Features:
Large filtering area, low resistance, high air volume, high dust holding capacity and easy material recollection, with a Venturi structure. Based on the principle of inertial separation, with a unique vortex airflow guide design, it can efficiently adsorb oversize paint particles, forcing the airflow to change direction multiple times, so that the heavier particles than air would adhere to the paper wall and not be blown away by the airflow. The sprayed paint particles fill up the bottom of the pleats on the filter paper as they pass through until the paint particles completely block the filter, indicating that it needs to be replaced. The filtration efficiency is up to 95%. Each box can carry 20kg of oil and dust. The carrying capacity is 3 to 5 times that of other types of filter media, and it can be directly recycled and reused in papermaking, making it environmentally friendly and efficient.
