FRS-TF001 Tacky Panel Filter, Dual Layer Media for Spray Booth Intake

This bonded tacky panel filter adopts an integrated hot-pressing composite structure, consisting of two layers of primary adhesive-bonded filter media in different colours, with an internal support frame sandwiched between them. As a primary panel air filter, it is specially designed for intake pre-filtration of spray booths and coating production lines.

Installed at the fresh air inlet of painting workshops, its core function is to capture dust, fine particles and airborne contaminants from incoming ventilation air. By removing impurities in advance, it effectively prevents particle defects, pinholes and blemishes on painted and baked surfaces, stabilises coating quality and reduces product rejection rates. Please note that this filter is dedicated to fresh air intake filtration, not for exhaust paint mist collection. For paint overspray treatment on exhaust side, please select our DPA pocket filters or paint mist collector boxes instead.

The filter media is polyester non-woven fabric treated with tacky adhesive coating. Thanks to its dual-layer gradient structure, it achieves high dust holding capacity while maintaining low initial air resistance. The one-piece hot-pressed construction firmly combines filter cotton and inner frame, avoiding media sagging, shifting or deformation during long-term airflow operation. It features simple installation, stable performance and long service life.
