The Gel Seal Mini-Pleat HEPA Filter is a high-efficiency terminal filter designed for critical cleanroom applications. It adopts a mini-pleat (separator-free) configuration with micro-glass fiber media, separated by hot-melt beads to ensure uniform pleat spacing, stable airflow and high dust-holding capacity. Available in top gel and side gel mounting types to fit different ceiling grids and air handling layouts.
Zero-leakage gel sealing: The filter is sealed into the downstream plenum or FFU housing with a proprietary gel compound (gel seal), eliminating bypass leakage that is common with rubber-gasket filters. The gel cushion adapts to slight unevenness of the mounting frame and maintains an airtight seal over the full service life.
DOP/PAO test compatible: The gel-seal design allows on-site aerosol leakage testing at the installed position, meeting the validation requirements of GMP, ISO 14644 and cleanroom qualification.
Mini-pleat media: Micro-glass fiber paper pleated uniformly and separated by hot-melt separators, providing low initial resistance, high filtration efficiency (H13 / H14, on request U15) and large dust-holding capacity.
Rigid frame construction: The filter is built with anodized aluminum alloy or galvanized steel frame, resistant to humidity and structural deformation, suitable for long-term operation in HVAC and air handling units.
This filter serves as the terminal filter in supply air systems of high-grade cleanrooms, typically paired with a terminal HEPA box (filtered air diffuser plenum) or an FFU (Fan Filter Unit). It is widely used in:
